I prefer M/K for almost everything nowadays since EVERYTHING is 3D.

But for any old 2D or SNES era games, I prefer Controller.

I can use both though.

I play FPS and RTS better with M/K. Fighters, RPGs, and adventure games I play with a controller.

Both although having not played console in awhile I would be rusty. Would pick it back up after a round or two.

I haven't used a mouse and keyboard regularly for anything other than casual / puzzle games since my Counterstrike, Worms: Armageddon, and Red Alert 2 days. Since then I've used controllers almost exclusively.

I would like to think that i am good with both but i do think have a a slight learning curve for any game as it take me a while to get used to the controls and to know which button does what. Except for fps games the controls are baseicly the same on everyone.

I've been a console and pc gamer at various points, so I'd say yes. Some genres I prefer with a controller, like platformers or fighters. Others work better mouse & keyboards, like RTS and FPS. Especially the latter is much faster and more precise for me.

I wouldn't say I'm fluent with both, but I am able to switch between either and remain a badass. Though I'm sure many others can say this too.

I'm only good with mouse and keyboard because I don't own a console at the moment...
By the end of next year I hope that will change.

I'm a PC gamer and I prefer M/K for most things.

Auto-aim on consoles still confuse and annoy me and even worse when it's ported to PC. But I just finished my brothers Halo Reach on legendary so I guess that makes me good with controllers as well.

I'm good with everything, although I am apparently better with the PS than the Xbox controller. Could be because I play a lot of Playstation but don't have Xbox, still a bit strange.

Auto aim... for the PC? Finally, we have descended into madness!

i am a pc gamer exclusively.
i like my RTSs and I cannot play a FPS on a controller at all, but i am decent with m/k.

For games like Proto-type and AC and AC2 i have an xboz controller hooked up for them

Thankfully it's rare that the whole aiming mechanic is ported but stuff like turret-turning-speed in BFBC2 gets through and acts like it's played with an analog stick. Editing settings.ini or whatever it's called (haven't played it for a while) can fix some of it but it's still annoying. But yes, up is down, white is black, cats are dogs and Satan is wearing a sweater because Hell has frozen over.

I can use both very well, but in shooters there's always a little adaption period for the analog sticks.

I do well with controlers, but I honestly prefer M/K a thousand times more for just about any variety of game other than action games, like Fighting or 3rd person platformers. I am SOOO much more comfortable with my mouse in one hand, fingers on WASD on the other for FPS's, MMORPGs, and strategy.

Also, when using a controller, I lay down on my couch, which tends to make me sloppy.
