Yeah pretty happy, I'm a little bit lanky but fashion (in England) seems to cater to that (skinny jeans, the Kooks being popular) so I'm all right on the clothes front.
I have a few spots but unless they're really angry I don't really notice them
And my hair normally looks cool (in my opinion) even now in winter where it gets blown about and rained on the windswept look I quite like (makes me look a bit more epic I find)
I've been told that I have a nice smile so more often the not I just smile if I feel a bit dirt to counter-balance anything.
Also my girlfriend thinks I'm quite cute and that means more than what I think I look like
I also like how its assumed in the OP that being tall = happiness (I mean I like it but I don't go round skipping)

I like certain aspects of my appearance (my eyes, nose, stomach, wrists, hair and my facial structure) but I hate others (thighs, arms, hands, lips, feet and boobs).
I'd say, all in all, I'm pretty unhappy with my appearance. It comes naturally with being a girl though.

I don't think anyone is completely happy, but I'm certainly not about to kill myself over my looks so I'm happy enough =D

Too fat. Far too short. Head too wide. Hair too curly and stupid. Face too bunched up. Nose bridge too short. Mouth turned up at the sides, making me look ridiculous. Stupid brownish marks going from the sides of my mouth to my chin. Facial hair still peach-fuzzy and lame. Bones too big and ridiculous. Covered in back acne. Just hairy enough to be creepy hairy.
I honestly cannot find one thing I am happy with.
I'm trying to work away some of it, but really, the only thing I can get rid of is the fat.
The rest of it I'm stuck with.

I wouldn't say I am an archetype of attractiveness by any means but I wouldn't want to be, Id feel mundane, I believe my appearance is reflective of my personality and my personality is reflective of my appearance nether of which are representative of the status quo

I used to be. But ive been getting alot of crit lately because i have gained weight (no exercise & lots of drinking). So im on a small mission now to gain back my 6 pack. Other than that im fairly happy, iv been getting complements on my hair and glasses!
