Poll: are you happy with your username.

As we all know you can't change your username on the ps3 or 360 without making a new profile.

So what am asking you is if you could or had the chance would You change your psn/xbox username.

Also you don't lose any save data or trophies/achivements you just change your username if you want to that is.

Personnally I would change mine: Costjem9 dam its not that I hate the name I just had a better one set up.

If your wondering how I got the name blame my dad I had just purchased a ps3 and was setting up an account. I got to the point were you had to give yourself a username, when my dad walked in and suggested costjem9 (why?) I have no idea. I told him no and said that I've got a better one planned out. But before I wrote down the name I went downstairs for a drink came back up and my dad had the name typed in I just decided I'll stick with it.

So the question again would you change your username if you could without any consequences.

Edit: Thanks to the information from user fat man spoon I now know that you can change your xbox name at a price. So for the sake of this thread imagine you don't have to pay anything.

Edit: I have noticed a few replies about how you can change your xbox username please stop mentioning this as you can see from the first edit comment I am now aware that you can thank you.

No i have the same username for pretty much everything. Its bascially a play on my name and i do have a slightly dfferent format and might add numbers if required but i like it.

im actually happy with my username i use it for pretty much everything these days.

I love my Live name Volkan731. Its to remember my dog who passed away.

And as for my Escapist name, Armored Prayer sounds cool and original. I'd never change it either.

My xbox username is Fat Man Spoon. And I don't intend to change it.

The only thing I dislike about my name is that a lot of people misinterpret what I mean by it. It also doesn't help that it sounds kind of similar to a toy shop.

I got my 360 the day it came out worldwide and luckily this enabled me to choose the name I already was using for many years.

It's a shame when you have to add numbers to a nice name, because someone else already got it.
But that's life; each gamer needs a unique name...
