Nope, not at all. I accept you whether you are heterosexual, OR homosexual.
But not bisexual. Greedy bastards.

I'm not. I don't care. There's no reason to be afraid of them, they're people like everyone else

What, why would I be, they're people, who have different(harmless) preferences. Unless they're forcing it down your throat to try to get you to accept them when you already do, then it's not so harmless, but that could go for anyone of any classification.

But as for the poll answers, I have to say, "The gays are FABULOUS!!!" Because its always a laugh when someone says, "FABULOUS!!!"

When they force it down my throat I really hate them, doing such things to me makes me utterly mad (hence my hatred of religion).
But when they're just keeping to themselves, sure.

Well, yes. we all are, as we are naturally inclined to be afraid of anything we perceive as alien or a threat to our security, etc. The question is, are you in denial about it? Do you confront or ignore it?

It's unavoidable, really. we can bang on and on about acceptance and everything, but the basic, grim truth is that we all so feel some form of prejudice or disinclination towards any other group, be it sexual, racial or anything else.

It's human nature. It's how we have survived for millions of years.
My two cents.

Oh, and as a side note, I'm not trying to be pretentious or anything, but I am very bicurious.
Just sayin'.

You can't be "converted" into being gay.

That doesn't mean there haven't been attempts. I'm being honest here, I don't appreciate repeated approaches.

It's hard to answer whether you're homophobic or not. Everyone's probably going to say no,

I have a couple of gay and bi friends, and I'm bi myself. I don't see any reason to be scared of me, I never approach other guys for a combination of fear of losing my teeth, as I am in high school and most people at this age seem to be homophobic to some extent, and because most males aren't attracted towards other males.

The only thing that bugs me is that three girls so far have told me that they're sexually attracted to me. Just makes me a little uncomfortable. And I don't like seeing people make out, regardless of sexuality. That also makes me a little uncomfortable.
Every time I see a couple making out at my high school, I feel like shoving one of them as hard as I can. I never would, but it's still extremely irritating. People suck each-other's tongues out in the middle of walkways sometimes, and I get so mad at them I just want to truck one of them as I run by.

No, and to everyone on here who inevitably says "no" followed by either "I don't mind gays when they don't act gay around me (read: acting flamboyant or showing any manner of PDAs)" or "I don't mind gays but hate it when they go out of their way to say they are gay", two things:

First, I'm not sure what planet you're living on, because it doesn't seem to be the same one as me and second, you may not be big 'H' homophobic, but you still have issues and are, if not homophobic (which I doubt), at the very least borderline.

You can be a bigot in degrees. Not all racists go to Klan meetings and burn crosses or whatever else.

There's no excuse for homophobia at all. This isn't a debateable point, it's the truth, stop telling yourself otherwise.

I'm uncomfortable around them for the same reason I'm uncomfortable around Muslims, Christians, Blacks, Asians and the welsh.

They're different to me.

I'm not and never have been. I have a friend who's bi and the way I treat him differently since he came out is that I've stopped using gay as an insult because it seems dis-respectful. What sickens me is that someone who used to be good friends with him can no longer stay in the same room as him. That's worse than being homosexual in my books.

Had to admit, this made me chuckle. Only once have I ever dealt with a Convert type situation, and thats merely cause the girl that did it wanted to date me. So, rather awkward. On the topic of gay/transexual/lesbian makeout sessions, i have to admit, I don't like to watch any couple make out. Once, when a hetero set was doing it rather obnoxiously (i.e: loss of differentiation between the two parties, partial dry humping, and the fear that they might actually merge into one person.) I took it upon myself and the other annoyed folks to get within a short distance of them, take out my sketch pad, constantly telling em to hold the pose. All the while, staring awkwardly at em. They took the hint and quickly stopped.
