Yep and it is romantic too. Sure we play Minecraft and pool, go to debates at the debating socity, go to the pictures and watch escapist videos together but we also go for walks, snuggle up in each others arms, go to formal dinners together, go out for cake, dance randomly when music is playing and spontaniously make out (which is awesome!).

Basically I've never been happier or felt luckier. Plus, we don't fight which is WONDERFUL. Seriously, it's so amazing that if I do something daft or he does we don't get cross, we tickle each other. If I say something out of turn I always feel bad and want to make it up to him cos I can't stay cross with him for a micro-second.

Everyone think's we're 'honeymooning' and mediocraty will kick in soon. Well, it's been 6 months now... it seems miricles happen!

Nope. Would like someone, it's not the nicest feeling in the world seeing a lot of your friends paired off. I think I suffer from third wheel syndrome a lot of the time.

Unfortunately, I'm not the best catch, girls don't tend to fancy me. So I foresee little hope.

I'm in a long distance relationship with my girlfriend and we talk a lot of the time either on a webcam, or just a computer mic. I've been with her for a year and two months now, her name is Elizabeth. I didn't plan to be in this relationship at all, and one thing I told myself--about two years ago--was that I wasn't going to go into a long distance relationship. Things just happened. I fell madly in love with her and, after a year of that, she did for me. I've got to wait a while before I get to visit her, but I feel like I can wait as long as she needs me to.

Elli is smart, funny, understanding, beautiful (understatement) and just so caring about me that it makes me feel safe and completely happy--even with her a few states away. I don't mind the music she listens to, and I don't like some of it, but liking or disliking music isn't a main concern at all. Elli hates most of my death metal, and I don't really know what she likes that I do besides The Cure. She also plays games sometimes (Sims 3 and Pokemon), and we watch movies together (got her into Kevin Smith movies, so now I love her more) and just talk as much as we can. Her jokes are sometimes so ridiculous and funny. And the laugh that she does is so cute; and her smile, god, it makes her eyes light up.

I feel as if I fall in love with her more and more each day, and her voice still makes my heart sink whenever she tells me "I love you" at night, before we go to bed. I just really love her, and I feel lucky to be with her--however we are. She's just amazing.

Edit: I've known the girl for 7 years now.

Yep. A little over 2 years now, and it's pretty great!

Although we're in the middle of having a pretty big argument but as soon as she sees how I'm right and she's wrong things will work out.

I'm coming up on a 10th year with my boyfriend turned fiance this October. Lived together for most of it, both gamers, both fight over the PS3 (we need to get a second one) and it's been good.

Yes, she is awesome :)
I'm 16, she's 15, both in grade 10 in the same school. Very happy and almost 11 months now, not much else really, just all round good and happy for both of us at this point.

And as much I like to brag about having an amazing girlfriend... hasn't this been done recently?

I am, with a girl who seems to be waaaay out of my league.
Still, for whatever reason, she seems to like me too, and she has a habit of getting bored and making cakes/cookies. Which is awesome!

Unfortunately, no :( I don't think I've ever been in a relationship longer than 3 or 4 months despite my best efforts. I would much prefer to be with someone but hey, what can you do.

Nope, I'm a proud bachelor. And I'm proudly proud of it.

In other words-
This, without the pride.

I've never been in a romantic relationship. There's a long story to tell but I won't bore you. The short version is no one ever said yes. I've never been able to understand why not. I am smart, average-looking, stable, honest, confident enough to look her in the eye and not stammer, have a good sense of humor, and am not afflicted with any awful odor of which I am aware.

If you had posted this thread a few months ago, I'd be in the foreveralone.jpg category. Back in April, while working on staff with a local anime convention, I met a girl who likes Mortal Kombat and we've fallen head over heels in love with each other. I asked her if she wanted to date me via text after our second "date," if you will. Her response? "I think that's a viable option." I just about fell off my chair laughing. At that point, I knew she was a keeper. I'm a very verbose chap myself, so this was a very good sign for me. We've been dating for almost 2 months now and we're loving every minute of it.

As a quick side note for all you bachelors out there, I was single for almost 3 years. The right one will come along, especially when you least expect it.

Yep.

She isn't in to gaming, but I'm not into fashion so we make do.

At the end of the day, watching TV in your underwear is much more fun if you have someone to share it with.

Im kinda jelous of all the others who say their relationship is going well. I just found out my girlfriend just failed history and has a pretty good chance of being sent to a private school. My last day of school ruined.

No. I haven't been looking for a relationship and it hasn't been looking for me. Since it's been almost 10 years now, some company would make for a nice distraction from an otherwise wonderful single life.

I've been with my current girlfriend for about six months now. We love each others guts and never seem to get tired of being around eachother. The best thing about her would probably be her ability to motivate me academically. This last quarter I got a 3.7 GPA where I usually only get a 2.8-2.9. I couldn't help but notice how hard she works at school and it made me realise how much more I could be doing in that area of my life. We've actually started competing for grades whenever exams roll arround. The winner gets a night of whatever they want in bed(kinda weird I know). The sex is also the best I've ever had with any girl not that it's the most important thing in the world.

So far my only complaint would be the fact that I've been losing muscle because I don't have the gym time I used to have and I don't party as much thanks to all the increased studying. TBH it's not that big of a deal though cause I was the only guy in the weightroom who knew what Skyrim was.
