Used to have a really good athletic body when I played hockey. Training for that was pretty much every day of the week. I've fallen from that a bit since I quit playing club hockey but I have retained what it gave me. I'm a fairly skinny guy naturally, but I have been good about keeping the muscle content far over the fat content. If that makes any sense.

In other words, yes I am (somewhat) fit. It's been said about me just as I say it of myself.

i vote lean, the problem is that when i get fit for track i lose ten pounds AND put on muscle. on a bmi i am like two points away from being anorexic. I do excersie not a lot but depends on the season, im like a bear i hibernate during the winter and do tons of activies during the spring and summer

Let me put it this way...

Last time I walked upstairs, it registered as a 5.6 magnitude earthquake.

I'm 6ft 3, weigh about 190-200 lbs, can swim 1km in one go and do so three times a week or more and frequently do 2km or more per swim.

I'd say I'm fit

I'm 6'2, and I just noticed my weight is 240 lbs. I don't look fat, but I have the beginnings of a beer gut that if left unchecked will turn me into one of those guys with a big round belly. I hear this is a common realization when you turn to about 27 years old.
That's why I've been eating only raw vegetables, fruit, and smaller portions of meat all week, and exercising every day.

My lesson if you're young and fit like I was in high school: MAINTAIN THAT SHIT, SERIOUSLY. It's more of a pain in the butt the older you get.

I can run forever and a half. And can fight. Of course my BMI is 25, which for 15 is just under "May be overweight" or in not as nice words, obese. So fairly fit.

BMI is full of shit though.
I've got a decent belly, but still, I can excercise and stuff. So that one is pretty much spot on. I could be overweight if I wasn't active.

I'm 5 feet 10' and 60kg. I'm mostly muscle, so I'm pretty much a tank.

EDIT: Also[the last time I checked was 4 months ago] my BMI is 20.

I'm just about as skinny as can be: 110lbs (that's 50kg for people living in any country with a rational measuring system).

I'm in the military, if I wasn't fit, I'd be ass-canned within two minutes.
Thats not saying I'm mega buff, I'm just fit enough not to have to worry :)
I thought you were in the military, not the Navy! *Badom-tish*
[gay joke]

I'm an overweight guy, I'm fuckin heavy, but have this weird fat-deposit mechanism I've yet to understand that means that I weigh in at a hefty 22 stone (140kg) but people insist I can't be anything more than around 17 stone (Kg: fuck off, I don't know)

Then again, as I go to the gym three times a week (Or four, depending) and can deadlift my own weight and leg-press 200kg, it might be muscle.

Or that's normal and I'm just jerking off my own ego [not gay].
Hah, funny thing is, by military, I meant Navy :p
