Eh. I put up a fight, did karate for 5 years. I'm more flexible than muscled though. About average.

I have the build to be much stronger than I actually am. I am 6'3", with a 66" chest... but I can only bench about 180 lbs (by that I mean 3 full sets of 8 - 12 reps).

My legs are like tree trunks and just as strong though because they have to carry my ass around all the time. It doesn't help my case that I'm a software developer and the heaviest lifting I do in a day is changing the water cooler. :)

Weak as a kitten.
You couldn't really tell from looking though, I'm quite a big guy.

I'm weaker than most. But I am strong enough, I can lift my own body weight and then some(though I do only wiegh 60kg) and try beat me up or I'll Black Belt yo' Ass. Legs are pretty strong though and I'm fit I guess that balances it out.

I think it's funny that theres twice as many "fairly strong" then "average strength". looks like "fairly strong" is the new average.

Good point. I was above average until recently it seems. Thanks to plenty of activity, outdoor work, gym, black belting it up etc. I'm an ecologist and those mice, lizards, snakes etc can be damn heavy you know.

I'm fairly strong for sure. I used to be a pro equestrian and I still do a lot of riding, which entails a fair bit of upper body strength if you want to guide a 1200 lb. animal around a course of 4'6" to 5'3" fences. But I'm also one of those people who forgets her own strength. I tend to slam doors harder than I mean to, I once pulled a towel rack out of the wall just by trying to grab the towel. I don't mean to use a lot of force, but it just happens. Growing up, my mother said it was like living with a female Clark Kent. :p

Yeah I got nothing, all bark, no bite :(
You look way better in this than the other photo. Not that you were bad looking to begin with. You don't look as thin in this, I guess. But still very fit. Very nice.

I expect to see about two dozen posts quoting your pic.

My job involved quite a lot of heavy lifting. That combined with having done a bit of martial arts and still lifting weights now and again makes me fairly strong. I absolutely don't look it though, since I'm very tall and skinny. Still I can take on my roommate, who looks bulkier than me.

EDIT: Yeah, very nice picture. Really screams "respect me for my mind, not my body!"

Average strengh. I don't play any sports, because if I wanted to continue to play tennis anymore I'd have to sell the house and half a car.

Not strong enough I say. Girls on the track team can out lift me.

I really need to work out seeing as I always try to beat up my friends.
