It depends on the fight and on the opponent, no?

I'd avoid a weapon where my knowledge of unarmed evil will do the job, simply because it will look better in court.
No.

I fight to win.
I don't really care who you are, if you are directly threatening me, you will die or you will get as close to death as I can push you.
Then I will kick your puppy.
And the idea of lowering yourself to the level of killer raises no objection?

brutal revenge sounds great, but what is the actual point?

Furthermore, either your opponent will be misguided, in which case you would be right to spare him, or he really did mean you serious harm. If he did, sparing him, even offering him your help, would be one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences possible. That, I should think, is a worthy revenge

I am a weakling, thats for certain. Then again, I'm a paciffist, so I don't need strength.

I'm a womans man, not a mans man ;P

edit: then again, give me a bo-staff... and then I won't need strength to kick people's asses :p

Someone's just sooky because I didn't reply to an IM.
Yes, I'm that petty :)

It's called principles. Get some.
You might like to trade some of those principles for some manners. Once again however, thank you for clicking "befriend" on me within 2 hours of me uploading a profile photo.

And then later in the same week hinting I'm shallow.

For a boy of 19... you might want to grow up.
Now, now, you have to understand that the majority of the people here on The Escapist are desperate nerdy teenagers who rarely have a chance to see a gamer with a pretty face!

Don't fight, insulting each other will get you both nowhere!

Since I'm the immature, vain picture of today's youth, I'll post a photo as soon as I can get my phone to connect.

My job involved quite a lot of heavy lifting. That combined with having done a bit of martial arts and still lifting weights now and again makes me fairly strong. I absolutely don't look it though, since I'm very tall and skinny. Still I can take on my roommate, who looks bulkier than me.

EDIT: Yeah, very nice picture. Really screams "respect me for my mind, not my body!"
Woah, a bit of a sexist are we? That comment wasnt called for, I dont remember this thread being about intelligence.

In a thread you have to link it from an external site (like photobucket) like so

Despite my size and general muscle mass, I'm weaker than I should be. However, I can take several hits before I go down and I aim for the neck so I haven't lost a fight since grade school.

I would say that I posess above average strength for a person of my stature, I'm not saying that I'm superhuman in that area (that would be one of my friends who fits that description) but I'm still pretty damn good (I will claim that I'm easily tougher or more durable than pretty much everyone I know).

As they put it in one of the X-men films, 'I'm the Juggernaut, *****!'.

I'm pretty average for my size - I'm stronger than most people I know, but I'm also a big guy - above average height and quite bulky. So I'm strong, but you wouldn't be surprised if you saw me.

I'm pretty strong. My body weight is 176 pounds (about 80 kilos) and I'm 6'1". I can squat 315 pounds (142.8 kilos) 10 times, I can bench press 210 pounds (95.2 kilos) and I can hang clean 205 pounds (app. 93 kilos) 5 times. I am a powerlifter from the United States and I hope to go to nationals this year (my junior year).

I am. I work out , but it's also genetic. My father was national champion a couple of times when he was in high school and in college with the basketball, handball and athletics team, his brother , in that same period was a weightlifter.
I also play alot of sports so strength helps.
