im 5'10 and can lift roughly about 150 kg in weight. which is more than average i think. but im not sure i am quite bulky though so it might be that (Y)
Deadlift?
yeah. that easy for me though i tnd not to try and struggle with it tbh theres no point really
yea i can squeeze out about 130 KG. I seen my friend put his back out doing deadlifts so i realy dont like going much heavier, but Deadlifts are a must there one of the 'big four' (Deadlift, squats, Benchpress and Shoulder press)

I have about average strength for an aviation mechanic (current job.) But all my buddies think I'm mystically strong for some reason, though I think alot of it is just I have a more mechanical knowledge of problems and can solve them with less physical input than they would. Or maybe I am really strong, who knows. Answered "Average" anyhow.

I just thought of something funnier for one of the poll options.

Army Strong
Strong
Average
Bit Weak
Very Weak

There's strong, and then there's army strong.

If you're going down that route, might as well throw in Chuck Norris strong. For decency's sake.

Meh. About average strength. My diet is awesome, (steak/spinach/cheese omelette burgers breakfast for the win) and I train in martial arts and/or work out pretty much every day. But I'm an ectomorph (naturally skinny) and have next to no muscle.

At least my cardio and flexibility's good.

About average I should I think. But my stamina is pretty good - I don't look the sort but I would spend a whole day hauling crates of books about and not be any the worst for it. Just don't rush me and it is all good.

That is, until I ended up severely anaemic - right now I could get beaten up by a kitten and lose my breath easily. Sucks :(

I'm not abnormally strong, but I'm abnormally strong relative to my size. Being able to bend metal school chair legs with your bare hands is relatively impressive, but if you're 130 pounds and not old enough to drive alone, it's pretty damn cool if I do say so myself.

Oh, this'll be fun, then.

They do what is necessary.

No, but I never mentioned self esteem, and if I did I gave the wrong impression.
It doesn't make me feel better about myself, but it does make me feel happy.
Ish.
I guess it's what happiness feels like, anyway.

Maybe, but semi-quoth I: "It's difficult to point to a damaged psyche and say 'I did that,' especially when psychologists won't agree to release patient information."
But is it actually necessary? I mentioned earlier that I prefer to incapacitate rather than kill, and this is assuming that it is not necessary to kill someone.

Well, that comes down to your own personal opinion. Like religion, I'll not try to force my world-view on you

I'm not talking about wrecking minds, I'm talking about your enemy looking you in the eye and knowing you are the stronger, and that you had mercy on him, for "in doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head" (Romans 12 20)
(forgive me for quoting the bible, but I'm studying RS, and I have to learn certain useful passages)
