In terms of family, yeah, I am that guy. Though, as Modern Warfare 2 has taught me, I do suck in comparison to the internet and it's minions.
Our LAN group has the quintessential That Guy.
It's very common that someone's computer starts acting up, and won't run/install the game properly. Along comes That Guy, who will fix the registry files, change some settings in the .msi file with a hex editor, and do some other voodoo magic, until everyone's finally in the game. After that, he owns the shit out of us for a solid two hours.
I myself am like Almost That Guy. I'm slightly better at most games than other people we play with, partly because I'm a geek, and other people have lives. I'm not uber, but when we play, I usually get some 4:1 k/d ratio. Compared to That Guy's 15:1, and other people's 0.5:1 to 2:1

It really depends on the game we're playing. It pisses me off when I'm pwning all of my friends and they get sour
I used to be "that guy" with Super Smash Bros. Melee. The only fighting game I was ever good at.
I can also be That Guy on my clan's TF2 servers as a Sniper, although I've been becoming rusty as of late. Must be all the Uncharted 2 and MW2 multiplayer, both on the PS3 instead of the PC.

Nope. I'm THE guy. I suck at multiplayer games, but everyone I communicate with in real-life is amazed at my prowess in single-player games.

Nope, I'm not (I'm pretty good at games I play but I don't get angry at people who are not). And pie does taste awesome.

At some games. When i play Half Life 2 Death match, my friend is always ''pawning me like newb'', i can keep up with him, but the thing is that he's not trying and he thinks that i'm just a good player.
But at Zombie Panic, i'm always that guy, who gets the top score and gets angry when i'm the last player alive and there's nobody to cover my back. Sometimes i don't even bother and either kill them (by barricading doors in front of them or dropping ''free ammo'' under a big, dangerous thingy e.t.t.) I'm kind of asshole when i'm ''that guy''.

Long ago I was THAT GUY. It was usually competitive games with unlockables, as described by Yahtzee. Though I usually picked up that role when I wanted to see every ending.
The Tekken series and Soul Calibur come to mind. I especially learned timing of the characters to counter the button mashing antics of my friends.

Yea I am that guy but I don't really love or hate being him.
