I didn't know I was ambidextrous until about 6 months ago when I had something in my right and tried to wright with my left. It turned out to be legible and easy enough so I've basically trained myself to be ambidextrous.

I do everything with my right hand except eat. I always hold my spoon or fork with my left hand, an adaptation I came up with due to the fact that my right hand is usually holding a book open while I eat.
