I'm righty, but can play guitar, eat, bowl, drum, and game left handed.
How exactly do you drum left handedly?
Right hand on snare, left hand on high hat, right foot on high hat, left foot on bass drum. Requires you to set up the kit entirely differently, so it's not worth it most of the time. I only learned because I had a left handed drummer once.

Huh...

I know a left handed drummer who plays righty kits. I guess he was just taught to play righty even though he's a lefty.

Left-handed, but I play instruments right-handed because that's the way I was taught. I blame that for my lack of musical talent! (Including my bad singing voice)

I'm right handed. Here's a picture:

Whoa, that's almost as bad as my right arm, but I snapped the wrist in two places at once, so...

Actually, that made my [dominant] right hand stronger...

THANK YOU CROATIAN DOCTOR

Right, but I'm trying to do more things with my left so it won't atrophy.

Most drummers are because to learn to play left handed drums you either need to find a left handed drum teacher, or teach yourself. The majority of people are right handed, so drums are designed to be played right handed. My drummer was of the 'was taught to play right handed, found it really inconvenient, so reversed all his lessons when he played on his own kit' type.
