mitt romney made comments on rebuilding the temple (which ofc means destroying the black mosque) for example and its quite possible certain US groups might push to make this happen.
i dont know much about all this stuff as ive said to you before (but im enjoying the thread and im currently reading about Ze'ev Jabotinsky cause you mentioned him) but as someone who was very aware of the cold war i keep an eye on potential "doomsday triggers" and its long sat in my mind...this might be one.
so basically "what do you think ?" about all that ? temple rebuilding etc and those who basically want Israel involved in a cataclysmic war so their own religious prophecies will come true...
bothers me...but then im kinda like that..."a child of the cold war"/etc...
I've heard about these people, mostly form atheists on YouTube. (I too am an atheist) I have to say that from half a world away the American evangelical church sounds pretty insane at times. Tough considering that fact that even national geographic have shows about doomsday preparers and the whole 2012 thing I guess that America never fully got over the millennial doomsday bug.
We have a lot less of this in Israel.
