The second one, mainly because of the improvements to gameplay, but also because the story seems a bit more fleshed out.

ACII all the way! Not only is the gameplay much superior, but I prefer the italian cities as well. At least no Italian city has the cast of Monty Python in it. Character wise, I much prefer Ezio because at least he has a personality other than a complete asshat or a honorable soldier.

The 2nd game is pretty much an all-round improvement on the 1st, and I've never heard anyone say to the contrary

There are things I like about both games. I like the gameplay better in the second, but I thought the story was a great deal better in the first, and it also looked much better.

Like I said, there are things to like about both games.

Ass Creed I > Ass Creed II in all respects IMO.

It is the way a sequel is supposed to be.

Ah, if only my PC'd manage to run AC II properly. Or if I'd purchase a PS3...
So I can't judge graphics or gameplay from experience, I just think this armor and weapon buying thing looked like a neat idea in theory but as far as the story is concerned I think I favor the first's.

The first one was 10/10; the second was 10/10. AC1 was an absolutely perfect game for me and AC2 just carried that perfection on. Feel free to flame but that's just my opinion.

By the way, I just read that in AC3,
there will be no new hero. It is a direct sequel, and this means more Ezio.

God dammit.

More Ezio? He was like around 40 at the end?(I'm not gonna do the math, sue me)

Are they going MGS4 on us?

But In all seriousness,I preferred AC2.Ezio has more of a personality and the ability to wear the same dress shirt under armor for so many years,AND a fun name to pronounce (No racism intended,If you see that as racist) I've almost perfected it,and English's my only language

Arrgh! I hated Ezio!

Altair just makes more sense as a character; he grew up being trained as an assassin, so it's more understandable that he is able to fight as well as he does.

Ezio is just some rich kid whose father was an assassin. Sure, he got into some street fights, but there is a difference between unarmed streetfighting with some other kid and swordfighting with a dozen armed and armoured guards.

Can someone please explain to me why I was put on probation for that post. All I did was agree with him and I didn't want to write the same thing so I just put "this^". I don't remember that in the rules...
