I'm leaning towards Arkham City but I would still like you fine people's opinion on it. Which do you think I should be spending my money on? They both have GOTY additions by now, and are both within my price range. They both have very good review scores and are both in series that I personally love. Which do you guys think I should get?

I vote for Arkham City, the story is extremely well done, and there are several improvements in both combat, movement, and especially boss fights. Not to mention it actually feels like a sequel to me, compared to Assassins Creed that hasn't had a true sequel since 2 (imo)

You should be dragged by horses for an hr, then covered in gravy and left to starving rats for asking that question. In the bat we trust.

Arkham City Obviously. Revelations is just more of the same from Assassin's Creed 3 and Brotherhood.

Are you from the future?
Tell me, what will the weather be like on June 8?

Another vote for Arkham City from me. Revelations is fun, but is short and has little replay value, and also has some weak writing. Arkham City is a good length, replayable, has good writing, all on top of excellent gameplay.

Yes, and I'm also a wizard. The weather on June 8th will be very warm with a slight breeze in the evening. You'll want a fan or an AC unit.

Arkham City, definitely. Revelations was more of the same for the Assassin's Creed series, whereas Arkham City felt like a "proper" sequel to Arkham Asylum.

Arkham City, by a significant margin. It was good enough to make me enjoy a game about a body builder in a bat mask.

Revelations on the other hand is rather meh. It hardly adds anything to the AC formula and what it does add is altogether unwelcome and the story is something of a fizzler to boot.

Arkham City, 100%.

Revelations was just more of the same of the previous two iterations of AC2 with some new, uninspired gameplay elements.

Arkham City takes everything that was good about Asylum and expands on it. Plus, it's hella fun.

Arkham City, even though I've never played it. I have, however, played Revelations, and while I felt that the parkour sequences were great, everything else was more of the same and not really worth $60.

Forgive me, but, I think something very important is missing, right now.

Something wrong with the poles?
Anyway, haven't played either of the games, but I want to be original and say revelations
Just because I can

Why do I get the feeling you already know what your answer is from playing both and you're just waiting for someone to say how amazing it would be if they mixed Batman's fighting with Assassins Creed parkour?

I'm more then likely wrong I just wanted an excuse to say how amazing it would be for Batman to loose 100 pounds of muscle and start doing parkour in these games.

Oh yeah and Arkham City all da... All night long.

Both.

Get revelations and then trade it in for Arkham City.

If you're adverse to trading your games, get Arkham City and then save up for Revelations.

As someone who has played part of Revelations, I say go for Arkham City. Revelations got boring really quickly and felt like more of an expansion pack than a true sequel.

As I only played Ass Creed Revelations. Go with Arkham City. If you don't own it but want to play an Ass Creed game, buy Ass Creed Brohood. It is the much better Ass Creed and should be cheap by now. Revelations was just disappointing compared to it. So yeah go with Arkham City.
