Not because I'm evil, but so that I can corrupt them from the inside, turn them against one another. Well, more than they already are.

I support the Autobots, but I'd want to be a Decepticon because they have WAAAAAY better names.

Megatron, Starscream, Devastator, Buzzsaw, Ramjet, Bonecrusher, Rampage...

vs.

Optimus Prime (actually a good name), Jazz, Prowl, Skids, Blurr, Beachcomber, Rewind...

The Decepticons sound awesome. The Autobots sound like mistakes.

Eh the Autobots are nice and all but the Decepticons = awesomeness. My favorite Transformer would be Megatron or Sharkticon (don't know if he's in any of the shows but I had his action figure) cause transforming into an awesome shark like submarine thing is awesome.

Decepticons. Around 2 months ago when i was at my bookstory snooping around for manga and comincs i saw on the dvd shelfs the entire Transformer series bundles in a nice box. alll 98 episodes.
Decepticons were rocking the world befove i was damn borned!

Favorite one however is a toss up between Beast Wars: Dinobot the raptor dude. He died in the series but he went out like a boss.

The other contender is of course Megatron. Just about every variation expect the Live action movies.

I only voted decepticons because at least they are smart enough to have cool vehicles like jets and tanks.

I mean, come on Autobots! A VW bug and a semi truck vs fighter jets?!

maybe I should have voted Autobots since the Decepticons havent wiped the floor with the Autobots yet having that kind of firepower.

I've been a huge TF fan since I was a kid, watching the G1 cartoon on TV. In fact, I still have a 100+ collection of Transformer figures that is regularly reinforced. :3

That said, Starscream and Soundwave have always been my favorites.
