I prefer the crunchy kind for a number of reasons, first and foremost being that the texture of floppy bacon bothers me. I'm also predisposed to eat bacon with my hands and crunchy bacon just holds better under those conditions.

Bacon cooked over an open fire is the best. Not only does it stay soft but you get the smoke flavor, and you get to watch the flames jump when the grease comes off the bacon.

Crunchy. Not like... burnt or crunchy-like-GrapeNuts, so I guess more like crispy. I will go to great lengths to avoid any part that is floppy/made of fat. Not because I care about the fat (why would I be eating bacon if I did?), but because I don't like the texture. Yes, I'm weird. But I know how I like my bacon, dammit! =x

I can't answer that question, and my breakfast always includes bacon. Maybe it appeals to the inner carnivore? Maybe that's why some people love every type of meat they can get their paws hands on?

See, I can't eat breakfast-type foods in the morning. It's an entire meal when you've just got up, and your body hasn't really been able to start up yet. I love breakfast foods as dinner, but eggs/bacon with my morning coffee? I can't do it!

Neither can I, but it's almost 2:30 in the morning here and I've been up for a while. Eggs, toast, and some coffee sounds delightful. And it's the AM, so it counts as breakfast, yes?
