It's also easier and more pleasant to, say, enjoy the company of another person in a decent sized shower. Baths are just awkward and too much water tends to get in the way and hurt.

Showers are also quicker, which is a big factor considering i give myself 15 minutes to get ready and leave the house every time i have to go somewhere.

I pretty much exclusively take showers, baths are fine and I don't judge people who take them with the whole 'you are bathing in your own filth' thing but showers are quicker and more refreshing, a bath is more about relaxing and honestly, I'm so chill that if I relaxed anymore I probably wouldn't have pulse some of the time.

Much prefer a shower. Best thing ever is an aggressive power shower to blast you awake in the morning. I can't remember the last time I had a bath... Probably not since I was in school.

Depends. If it's the morning I take a shower since it's quicker (assuming you got stuff to do like work). When it's evenning than I take a bath since it's more relaxing and I can take my time with it (well until my fingers and toes get wrinkles).

I'd certainly prefer a bath, just not something I actually tend to do unless in a house I have to myself, which in my current living arrangements I do not. Also a matter of my usually doing one or the other in the morning, and simply not wanting to spend the time on a bath.

So, preference is bath. In practice, showers 99% of the time or so.

Well, I haven't taken a bath since I was 9 so there is that. Shower FTW.

I use a bath if I just want to feel slightly weightless and relax, but I always take a shower afterwords. If you ever have mopped before you know what I mean by saying baths never feel clean. Just end up bathing in dirty water.

I haven't had a bath since I was something like 10. (Not that I think it's a kids only thing.) If I want to just get clean, I'll take a shower. It only takes a couple of minutes, and I can move on to other things. If I want to take the time to relax, I'll go to the sauna, which is far better than a bath anyway.

Don't have a bath tub so it's shower for me.
Enjoyed it as a kid at my grandmothers place but I tried ones at later years and it was just plain boring... maybe with a Gameboy or music o something.
Of course relaxing in warm water after a hard workout or stressful day it migth also be nice.

I like to relax in the shower as if I was taking a bath. Mmm hot rain. I like the sound and feel of it. But I'll take a nice bubble bath when the mood strikes me.

I prefer to do showers. I don't think I've had an actual bath in a few years to be honest. Showers seem quicker and I recall the last time I took a bath I couldn't help but feel like I was wallowing in filthy, filthy, filth-water. As for a mostly unrelated aside, I present this:

Basically, my last bath felt like that (only without the fair Hippopotamus maid or, the chorus at the end)

Shower. Quicker, Easier and I can fall asleep in it without being scared I'm going to let my head go under and drown. Don't have time for a bath each morning. Used to do baths every 3rd week or so, but stopped that years back.
