Exactly: 24(Console) / 32 or 64 (PC). Console gets 24 and pc get up to 64.

No idea, though editing a post is quite easy...

OT: Get it on PC, just upgrade your graphics card. I have the 9800GTX, and really, it is time to get a new one. Served me well for years, but now she's old. PC gets the proper experience (64 players, and if people hack it, up to 256 players [ME WANT]) and better graphics to boot. People site Origin as a downside, but with the fixed EULA, I don't see it as any worse than Steam (Which I hate for its utter uselessness...).

Also, getting it 2 weeks later isn't necessarily a bad thing, you get it after any major bugs that come with the first release are hopefully fixed.

Also, to whoever said something along the lines of PC having lots of hackers, and consoles having none, in the games that I've played, its usually been the other way around. Guess it just depends on which servers you join and how lucky you are.

xbox 360. Why pay more by upgrading PC when you play just as fine on xbox? but then again i don't care about multiplayer fps my experience with them is spawn get killed in minute or less, repeat over and over. totally hectic and not fun. Xbox will do just fine.

PC. Console FPS games are a joke, and 'traditional' PC developers don't need to be pushed further into the console hole by their Publishers.

I'd get it for whichever platform you've got more buddies on, battlefield is way better when playing as a squad.
