Depends on the face really. Some look better with a beard, others look better cleanly shaven. Also sometimes there are other reasons to grow a beard. I'm currently growing a Steelers beard. Spurred on by Brett Keisel's epic viking war beard last year (he's growing one this year too) I will not shave until the season is over for the Steelers.

XD But yeah. I like to grow some beard out. It looks good on me, its just, its always patchy in some areas and I can never seem to get it to grow out to cover. so I like to get a beard thats someone short but still nice looking after a few days growth (when its all even). Though I can see why some people dont like it.

It really depends on how the beard looks. Different people can grow different beards. For instance, I only grow facial hair around my chin and upper lip area - it simply will not grow anywhere else. When I let my facial hair grow (which takes ages, so I only shave once a week which is very convenient), I end up looking like a villain from a movie. No matter what I do, my facial hair will grow into a goatee-looking thing.
So beards do not look good on me. And every woman I've talked to has said that as well. I simply look better without facial hair.

I'm rather fond of facial hair but I don't think the bearded look is for me. Seems a bit too much.
Please Emperor no -.- It scratches and feels gross, and looks bad 64% of the time. And even when it looks good its like plastic food, it LOOKS pretty nice, but i still don't WANT it.
