Beer? I'd rather drink linctus, plus some of them even taste better.
I don't know why people drink beer, I loath the taste. If they make one that actually tastes good I may drink it though.

I'm a particular fan of the Fullers Brewery in England. Their London Pride and 1845 ales, and their London Porter, are the best I've ever tasted, and the rest of their line-up is excellent too (except their organic honey ale, but in my expirience those always suck).

In general, English and Belgian beer is good, but Miller's is nice on a hot summer day.

The "Gudeløs"("godless") beer from a small micro brewery is a favorite amongst Imperial Stouts too, though I may be a bit biased due to the message.

I'm assuming these beers are from the U.K.?

I tend to drink my local beer, though I have no idea which category that would fall under, as Theakstons Old Peculiar and Black Sheep don't strike me as coming under any of them.

I'm not too fussy about what I drink (as long as it isn't ale), but I've got quite a liking for Polish beers like Lech and Tyskie.
Out of the list on the poll, Budweiser is probably my favourite.

My favourite beers, in order are:
Stella Artois (good ol' wife beater), Kronenberg, carlsberg, carling, fosters.

But really, i prefer cider.

I like fosters. Im british so i must like australia beer. Its almost a rule i suppose. But i prefer Cider to beer. However overall, i dont drink anymore. Not a drop in around a year

I love beer. LOVE it.
However, the gooder the beer the more expensive it is also, and norwegian beer prices are obscene so I am forced to make do with whatever I can afford.


My perfect evening contains:

A good beer, something like Pilsner Urquell, Grolsch, Heineken. You get the Idea...
A single malt whisky. Something like Lagavulin.
A decent playlist dominated by Bob Dylan, Tom Waits and Leonard Cohen.

And this is how I will celebrate my 100th post as an Escapist!

I generally don't like alcohol. The only thing I've ever drank that's alcoholic was some wine stuff, and I didn't like it that much.
