The hottest on girls is someone who was born in Ukraine, and moved to Canada when fairly young... like.. 5-10. It gives them a perfectly normal Canadian accent, except certain phrases and certain words the Ukrainian accent comes out. Super hot when it is like that.

By American I mean the accent you think of when you think of a streotypical American... Example, I think of a heavy Boston accent!

It really depends. On a hot girl a British or Australian accent will only make the deal sweeter while whenever I hear a manly scottish accent I think to myself "Damn I want that awesome accent."

I'm an American from the Pacific northwest by the way. Our accent is very very similar to the midwest newscaster American that is often considered the "American accent" when you aren't thinking of Texas.
