Futurama, Metalocalypse, and King of the Hill.

EDIT: Maybe American Dad as well, if only because of Roger.

Out of adult cartoons...

King of the Hill by far. It was smartly written without ever being too preachy/soapboxy. Whenever the show did bring up topics, it didn't feel out of place. It would always feel like something Hank(or whoever) would get involved in. The characters were very memorable and the show utilized them perfectly, drawing as many jokes from them as the could. One of the most impressive things about the show was how well the kids were written; I can't really describe it they just felt very authentic. The show was 13 seasons long and it has to be one of the most consistently funny shows.

The Simpsons, season 7 and below was also great. The episodes written by Conan O' Brien were the best.

Clerks was pretty awesome too, but it only had six episodes.
Crap, I keep forgetting that show existed...well because, as you said, it only had six episodes. It was awesome though. The second episode was a clip show of the first episode.

Either Simpsons or South Park. Since Simpsons isn't so popular on the Escapist, I'm gonna go South Park. The first 12 and half seasons was filled with awesome episodes and I can't think of many shows that have done so well for so long.

Archer and Frisky Dingo

If you haven't checked them out, do so. Highest laughs per minute for almost any TV show I have ever seen

Looney Toons, Simpsons, Southpark, The Critic, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law. Am I the only one who fondly remembers Beavis and Butthead? C'mon, y'all aren't too high-brow for them are yo? Seeing Do America in the theater in 6th grade was pretty epic.

I've heard Samurai Jack and Venture Bros are awesome too, but I've only seen one episode of the latter. Boondocks can be pretty funny.

Glad nobody put down Inuyasha, or I might've died a little inside.
