Here's something that should make for an interesting poll. I've noticed there were few notable females in voice acting. Since less answers make for a good poll, I decided to make this. Not much else to say. Answers are above, if it's not there pick "Other", yadda yadda yadda. Just, GO!

Picked Jennifer Hale, mainly due to her FemShep, Trishka and Naomi Hunter.
However, my favourite female voice acting performance would have to be Lori Alan as The Boss.
Also it still boggles my mind that this

It's safe to say that Tara Strong wins due to voicing our ENTIRE childhoods. The sheer about of characters and vocal range she works with is amazing.
Tress McNeille, mostly because she's been in the industry for so long (you don't get this much work unless you're actually good) and she has quite a broad range of voices she can do.
If we weren't limiting ourselves to American voice actresses, I'd have to throw my vote in for Aya Hirano, she's not just a great actress, able to play a broad range of character personalities, but she's also one of the few Japanese voice actresses who can put on more than one voice.

Grey Delisle is amazing, and she's been in many things that I've seen and played. You also have to hand it to her to voice Janette/Therese in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, essentially the same character, in completely different ways so you aren't aware it's actually the same person. That takes serious skill.
Well I do enjoy both Tara Strong and Laura Bailey.

OT: I really like Jennifer Hale, but I'd also rank Tara Strong and Laura Bailey amongst my favourites too.
Have to go with Jennfier Hale for top spot due to Commander Shepard and Bastila Shan, and Tara Strong in second. However, I also quite enjoy Laura Bailey and Grey Delisle, mostly recently for their work voice acting Kira Carsen and the female Bounty Hunter in TOR.
I'm stuck between Grey DeLisle and Jennifer Hale. On one hand for games Hale pretty much made Mass Effect for me, in which she was spectacular. But on the other hand...
