And before some supporter says I'm posting hate without justifying my music taste let me say I find his music to be horrifically egocentric, poorly planned out, little to no real stylistic development and seemingly no interest in actually outdoing himself. He just squeezes out the same song over and over, using an auto-tuner to cover his complete lack of talent.

There are very few artists in this world who I will deny have any talent at all, no matter how much I hate their music. Each to their own etc etc, but Kanye just should not be allowed within 100 meters of any sound amplification or recording device for the sake of the public good.

I like the AutoTune effect, just makes for cool sound.

Used in moderation I quite like the effect, but I find he uses it a hell of a lot and, when coupled with my earlier reasons for disliking the songs, it sort of adds the final nail in the coffin for me. It's more like he's trying to hide the fact he can't actually hold a note at all.

little to know stylistic development? do you even know who were talking about? his albums have alot that differentiate them and show him developing his style. you've justified it with opinion but not fact.

His early stuff was easy to relate too cause it had to do with being a poor college dropout trying to get laid most of the time. But knowa days he is a bit of an acquired taste.
