Why the hell is gambit up there? "Oooh I have the power to make playing cards float". And also Red Hulk. Anything that the average person has to google shouldn't be in the running.

You sir are grossly misinformed as to what Gambit can do.

Some very weird choices in there.

Oh well, from the given roster I'll go with Spidey. Most interesting / least boring one out of the bunch.

You removed Deadpool, why? Marvel's too much of a joke nowadays to take seriously, but I'd probably go with a properly written Thor

I think a poll is quite limiting because plenty more deserve to be here, like Jean Grey/The Phoenix - the person I'm voting for.

As much as I love Spiderman, I gotta give it to Gambit. He touches stuff AND IT EXPLODES. Shame he would so rarely touch anything but his cards in the cartoon show from the 90s.

Out of that list I say Spiderman, but I prefer the villains like Dr. Doom.

Your poll could also use a "other" selection.

I choose Deadpool. Sorry just really like the guy, why did you leave him out?

EDIT: Okay I chose Spider-man, always thought he was a really good character but still I prefer Deadpool, I kinda like Victor Mancha too, sorry becoming sidetracked.

Because hes an ensemble darkhorse of popularity and we already concluded hes one of the best if not the best, so out of these others.

Sorry dude just curious, chose Spider-man, I like that he was one of the first characters designed to connect with the audience who read his comics, not all of us are scientifically developed super soldiers like the Cap.

Nova and Starlord are by far my favourites

Of the list I am going with Spiderman but only because of Kraven´s last hunt.

I was ready to rage till I read that. And Wolverine because he's the only one with balls, plus he's entirely willing to kill people).

I like spiderman, but I've never understood why he's so popular. Despite his powers he's quite boring, he has a mundane day job and spends at least half of every comic obsessing over how hard life is.

My first real experience with Captain America was the Ultimates reality in which he is a massive arsehole, so that's ruined him for me.

My vote went to Gambit, the largest personality in the X-Men, dude is suave, stylish, violent, sophisticated, and hella funny. Plus he's the only one who'll call Wolverine on his bullshit, and then throw explosive shit at him.

Odd choice to leave out Deadpool considering his growing popularity. (Edited as I read your explanation.)
