Poll: Best Sci-fi Game series

Ok, not fantasy, so no final fantasy, god of war or others
Movie based games don't count and sense their half that and their are too many too count,
star wars is excluded
tell me if i forgot any
Edit: 3 games or more means MASS EFFECT DOESN'T COUNT
Edit 2: ok I'm re posting this sense i have screwed up, but mass effect 2 doesn't count because it doesn't have anything to prove it's close to being finished

I really like Bioshock. Its really fun and I like the scary aspect to it.

Bioshock 1, when you pick up the shotgun. That scared the living bejeezers out of me.

As a series, I think Halo has worked out much better than any of the other series. It's older than Bioshock and Gears, but (I think) younger than Fallout. However, I have no doubt that it really is the most anticipated game of 2011, more than Gears 3, than Fallout 4, than Bioshock Infinite (some of those aren't coming out in '11, but you get my point).

Tsk. No Galactic Civ? Any game where I can design my own starships is awesome. I especially love my "Buzzers:" fleets of tiny ships that don't even register next to capital ships in battles (too small) that proceed to rip the larger ship to shreds using small but intense lasers.

There will be 3 games. And you put Bioshock, which only has 2 games, so you just invalidated your own point.

Mass Effect: Galaxies for the iPhone. Even though it was terrible and we wish it didn't exist.

Mass effect is part of a trilogy, yes there will be a mass effect 3. So its a seris....should be a valid vote.

System Shock 2 is the sequel to System Shock.

So no, it's not a sequel, its just a game that's almost exactly like it in every way.
