Besides they already killed him, series 10 episode 1: the return of chef! He was killed because he quit in series nine when they finally made fun of Scientology (Series nine, episode 12: trapped in the closet) they where fed up that he was a Scientoligist because they had wanted to make fun of it since the first series.
