The ones I grew up with were the Batman Animated Series, the 90's Spiderman and the 90's X-Men. I'm surprised that the Batman Animated Series wasn't on there, frankly.
This, pretty much word for word.

I threw my vote in for Teen Titans, though, just because it was there. I think the Batman Animated Series was probably objectively better, though.

The Tick and Duckwing Duck so far is my personal favorite. There is a good chunk of shows that are enjoyable, though Batman the Animated series simply great writing when in the episodic format along with the long stories.

Now this is a poll based on what a kid thinks, that grew up in the 00s. I agree it may not be the best one in the world, but they haven't seen all because cartoons in general have changed format over the years. It is why it took years before Loony Toons came back on the air. That is why not many will choice anything but other here because most grew up in other eras. with that in mind, lets get dangerous.

The original Superman cartoons, produced between 1941 and 1943 at Fleischer Studios (known as Famous Studios since late 1942.) Those guys knew what they were doing - the craftsmanship alone is stunning!

Enjoy one of their earliest efforts here:

(and note that the villain was designed to resemble Nikola Tesla!)

Batman: The Animated Series or The Spectacular Spider-Man.

They're both great shows.

My favorite is nearly any major cartoon set in the same universe as Batman: TAS, though I haven't seen as many of those cartoons as I would like.

I don't think any of the X-Men cartoons were all that good from what I've seen, but in X-Men: TAS' case, it may just be because the most recent episodes I saw were the first eight, when they were just getting started.

Spectacular Spider-Man and Spider-Man Unlimited are the only two Spider-Man cartoons that actually use their inherent potential to be good, while the others just sucked, even though SSM's art style is kind of lame.

Oh yeah, and Transformers Animated is good, if that counts (The autobots were referred to as "superheroes" in season 1). Though their art style wasn't very good either.

...

Why the hell don't action cartoons use realistic art styles anymore?!

The 90's version of Spiderman and the Xmen. Also Batman the animated series. Loved all of them.

All of the DC Animation was good, even Static Shock. Teen Titans was a different continuity though, I didn't like that. They strayed too far from the Characterization. I do have fond memories of X-men and Spiderman the Animated series, though X-Men at some point got so complicated with characters and post apocalyptic scenarios that I eventually got lost as to what was going on. Even the Legion of Superheros cartoon was pretty good.

Batman: the animated series is probably the best, although among the ones listed I will go with Justice League, since it belongs to the same artists and continuity...

The 90s xmen series. A lot more serious and mature than that sort of cartoon tends to be nowerdays.
The tick and freakazoid deserve a mention.
JL had some good bits, but I wasn't too keen on JLU (Huntress and Question were the only extra heroes I actually liked).

Batman: The Animated Series. Why? Because it had everything. It had the drama of the comics, the action and darkness of the Burton movies, it even had a bit of the camp value from the 60's live-action TV show. It was the full bat-package.

(I still want my can of Bat-Anti-Thing Spray.)

None of the above, the greatest is.

Although for quality, Batman: The animated series and The Batman (first two series at any rate). Two different but both highly effective takes on the same story. The Batman's theme tune was badass as well.
