That's happened before to me.
It sucks.

Another one: Shooting down a Banshee in Halo 3, then having it fall down and kill 3 of my teammates, causing us to lose a slayer match.

Huh. I think I saw a clip of that. Well, I saw a clip of that happening to someone. I kind of doubt it was you.

OT: Every time I've tried to throw a grenade into a window, only to miss and have it bounce off the building and blind/kill me.(Depending on what kind of grenade it is.)

Insurgency is Counter-Strike: Source with more recoil and ADS. The maps aren't even that different from each other.

OT: Failing repeatedly in COD4: The Bog and One Shot, One Kill.
WHEN I HAD FREAKING GOD MODE ON. AND I'M PRETTY SURE I UNLOCKED SOME KIND OF AIMBOT.

Either that or spamming 10 rockets at the cart in TF2 Payload and not hitting anyone.

Funnily enough playing UFC. First round, charged in, opponent didn't move an inch. The second I reached him we clashed and all his did was throw one punch which knocked me out instantly. 2 second fight. How embaressing! I quite literally face-palmed, then laughed for a bit.

Playing L4D with a mate, I ran away and let him die while the Tank killed him while he was shouting at me on the mic, but i ignored him. He was prety pissed. Then playing RA3, we were doing the empire missions and my tank lost its cloak so i tried to cloak by forcing it to attack my friends tank but had all my other troops selected, thus killing his only tank filled with dudes. That was prety fail

the time i miscalculated my jump on the bridge in left 4 dead 2 as a hunter, jumped strait over all the survivors (i was on the ground as well) and into the water.

EDIT: oh and then of course there was that moment in tf2 where me and my medic buddy juped strait out into an area full of ennemy sentries..... about 2 seconds after a spy had placed sappers on just about all of them. it was fun taking down all the enemies but still kinda made me faceplam about what happened.

A fail moment for me would be in Left 4 Dead when it first came out, a Hunter jumped on me, started tearing me apart, my mate got it off me but I was still on the ground with blood coming out and it wouldn't kill me or stop. Had to quit the game.

The deal is its funny to laugh at ur most frustrating fails aswell as other people. Happy?

On Half-life, I quick saved the game as I was jumping down the huge hole where the tentacle boss thing is, every time I loaded I'd fall to my death. I only had one save too, I'll never make that mistake again. I now save to a new file every 5 minutes on every game, and on games with limited save slots, I'll continually overwrite the same files. I remember the same thing happening on Lara Croft too, although I'm not sure.

It's hard to tell when I'm failing now though, I purposely fail a lot for a laugh, and only I know when I actually fail, but friends will just think I'm kidding around. It's a good strategy, because I fail by accident on video games a lot.

I suggest you read the forum rules, get some proper spelling and grammar and use the search bar. Pretty sure this thread is Déjà vu.

The most recent fail I can remember was on the Halo Reach beta. We were playing team swat, and just as I fired my br, my teammate ran infront of me, and it killed him. So I tried to kill the enemy again, and another teammate ran in the way... What're the odds.
