It depends for me, I would be totally for nanomachines that can quickly repair and strengthen my body under certain conditions. Think the nanobots from the nanosuit in Crysis just minus the suit.
I would like my bones to be better while still being human. I don't want to run into the problems scifi RPGS do where the more machine you are the less humanity you have. I am a carbon based life form and want to remain one, so carbon fiber reinforcements only.
If it were possible, I'd want an implant that could give me the artificial equivlent of telekinesis. Tossing fools around like ragdolls with the wave of my hand...
I would have a bionic stomach, because mine is rubbish and I'm sick all the time.
Then I would have a bionic liver so I'd be able to drink all I liked without guilt, or fear of death. Except by doing something stupid while inebriated.
I would start with my brain. And then my intestines. Then I would get my right leg and left arm.But I would keep the rest human....I might do something to my penis.Just maybe.
I would get Bionic implants to reinforce my bones and muscles, but it would have to be all inside my skin. I don't really want to look like a freak. Also, Bionic eyes would be sweet, maybe have it do the fps thing where there's a HUD that interacts with the weapons and other items I pick up.
All of it! A "Giant Robot Deathmachine" body will be mine. I would keep my reproductive organs as well as my brain though as we all know the ladies just can't resist a giant robot deathmachine, and I'd hate to miss out on all the groupies.
