Poll: Bioware Wants Our Feedback on Female Shepard: Round 2!

For anyone unaware, Bioware has been letting its community decide what the default (marketing) Female Shepard is going to look like. Apparently long and blonde Shepard knocked it out of the park in Round 1, but enough people expressed interest in voting on her hair color so here we are. The last thread I made saw #5 (the Shep that won) clean house, but a lot of people in the thread really wanted a redhead... according to the votes they may get their wish :O

Why is there another vote? the blonde won! that's it! yeah some people like the red haired shepard but the mayority picked the blonde. I don't see why we gotta go all over this again, Bioware. A vote's a vote, just deal with the outcome

Hmmm, I don't know which one I like. I mean, I liked the blonde one before, but now I'm not sure if I want the redhead one as well. I mean, I guess it would make sense. Femshep had red hair as her default in the other games, so her having longer hair for the 3rd game seems normal I suppose. But the black haired one isn't too bad either.

Gah, I can't make up my mind. But something tells me that the red hair will more than likely win. Very nice of Bioware to let people choose the hair color though. While I hoped it would happen, I didn't really think they would actually do it. Don't know why. Good in the long run I suppose!

I'm with Trivun. Redheads ftw. My wife is a redhead, btw. Although, my femshep has always been a hispanic/native american mix looking character with short black hair.

The only people likely to be voting on it are still those planning to get the game, or at least with a passing interest. Having a facebook account doesn't automatically make you a gelled-up Jersey Shore wannabe, or a mindless media sheep. 720,000 people apparently have an account there and like ME enough to publicly admit to so doing. Those are your 'facebook people' in this case. Unashamed geeks.

Because there actually isn't a "default" femshep. What you're thinking of is a character that was created by using the rather crappy sliders Bioware provided for custom character creation. However, default manshep was NOT created with said sliders, and is significantly higher res and better looking than "default" femshep. The goal is to have a default canon femshep that is a counterpart to manshep.

There were 6 different possiblities to start with. This one won the poll now Bioware are getting people to decide on the haircolour. So there was a difference to begin with.

OT: Redhead definitely. I like the black haired one as well, but Readhead with green eyes just looks awesome. Shame that I don't have a Facebook account and never will, otherwise I'd vote.

Actually, the redhead is winning. By quite a margin. As of right now, it's 2041 for blonde and 6176 for red.

I agree. in the original vote, I liked the one with the short hair best because it seemed more realistic.
