Poll: Bioware Wants Our Opinion on FemShep

#1 or #3. I don't like that #5 is winning, but I'm not surprised.

She doesn't look fierce or militaristic enough to be the canonical look in my opinion. I don't think a pale blonde is going to demand enough respect as a war hero on the box cover.

Not that it matters in-game, but I don't think that look gets the right message across.

EDIT: #1 is reminding me of Natalie Portman in V for Vendetta now...I vote that one.

I'm heavily torn between 4 and 5.

5 looks most like my Shepard so I 'liked' her but I 4 looks very cool. Love her hair.

Since when does Shepard give a damn what the military thinks? I sent 12 of their ships to die in ME1 because they insulted my pink "non military" armor.

Tbh you could argue that who the f cares the places you visit change so much you would have to change your camo more often than beggars in oblivion change voice tone. You could maybe go for grey but meh.

I'd say the boys should stick to manshep and let the girls keep some of femsheps femininity military or no.

Number 4 looks like a friend of mine I had a crush on, so I had to pick that.

None of them look like either of my fem sheps anyway.

They all look like butch lesbians, 5 is the least bad

Shepard is in the military and regularly punches things in the face, she's not likely to be a dainty girly girl. So yeah of course they are butch.

1 looks like the best canon femshep, but since 5 is the hottest, she's going to win, as sad as that is. still, i'll just keep my original femshep if that's allright. canon be damned.

Number 1 and Number 3 I really liked. However, Number 5 shouted at me; "Choose me or bad things will happen to good puppies." so I had to choose Number 5.

I kind of like #5 because she reminds me of Starbuck, but #1 is nice too. It would be cool to have a dark-skinned FemShep, but her haircut is ridiculous... =S

1,2, and 3 look very similar and have a bland "army chick" look to them. 4, 5 and 6 look like they would spend a lot of time with hair in their face as soldiers. if i had to choose I'd go with #1. 2 looks too much like a waster from fallout3 and 3 looks too prepped up to me for some reason.

see my if 5 was a ginger then it would be perfect. I dont like 1-3 cos they are the same with different hair colours. 6 just doesn't suit Shepard's personality but would be good for a supporting character. And 4 would be my 2nd choice.

Why no scars?

BioWare won't let FemShep have scars. At least not big ones. I noticed this last time I was creating a character. I wanted a tough, grizzled FemShep. Imagine my disappointment when I realized even the most glaring scar could be covered with a little foundation.

Contrast this to the male scars, which allow you to practically disfigure the entire face.

OT: I like 3 and 4. 5 is actually my least favorite. No blonds, please. Especially not with that hairstyle. Is she actually supposed to fight with that? Imagine stuffing it into her helmet. Sigh.

I voted 5. Not because I can imagine her as a blonde; just because I can not imagine her being any of the others. She's the prettiest of the lot.

This is a pretty cool idea and as a FemShep fan who's been asking for this myself I am happy we're getting this chance. As far as I know you need a facebook account to comment, but there are probably other places you can vote as well.

I like 3, 5 and 6 the best, but I think 5 compliments the character/voice the best. Which one do you guys like the most?

Hmm, 5 is the most popular choice.

They are all wrong through, none of the Shepards I've ever created looked anything like those 'exactly the same cookie cut' Shepards, quite poorly done pictures, not enough diversity.
