Birmingham! I saw a documentry last night about those guys who threw a cat off the fifth floor of a block of flats there five times until it died. The funny thing is they got beat up in prison by guys who were there for stabbing people and beating them half to death because these guys thought killing a cat was so horrible.

Also isn't it a city in america infamous because of its racism?

I have and I'm pretty sure nearly everyone has considering it's a capital city.
