Poll: Black and White Metagame/Competitive Talk

I bred a Modest Larvesta and EV Trained it in Special Attack and Speed. That's about it really, I plan on doing everything in the game before going into EV Training and doing other crap for competitive play.

Any idea for the moveset?

I'm going for Fire Blast, Bug Buzz, Hidden Power (Ice, don't know the power of it), and either Psychic (Which I have on it now) Hurricane, or something else. It's the last move I'm stuck on.

It's current moveset is Flamethrower, Bug Buzz, Hidden Power, and Psychic, and it's level 78.

ev train him in def, sp.def and hp
he will hold a rocky helmet
and he will piss people off

though best of my pokemon is dusknoir with
fire, ice, thunder, shadow punch
ev trained in hp (max ev for hp) def and sp.def
holding expert belt
a brave nature
