Poll: Black ops Ps3/Xbox 360

So i am thinking about buying Call of Duty Black Ops when is is released. but i don't know if i should buy it for Ps3 or Xbox 360. i have heard much about that Xbox Live is better than PSN but why? i need some advise so if anyone could tell me why i should choose Xbox instead of Ps3, that would be nice

Better support on the old XLive, as you can talk to people who aren't in the same game. Other than that its a matter of opinion really. I'd go for PS3, if I had one, as it has more powerful hardware, but I don't, so I won't. Also, this may be counted as a vs thread and that is frowned upon

I have yet to have an issue with the PSN, the only exception was when we were having a huge storm and our power went out.
Stupid, worthless PSN, can't operate without power.

Xbox Live is a better online service, if only for the Party Chat system. That, and that 360 owners often have headsets.

I've played totally silent games on PSN...It's kinda boring without people to talk to.

Plus, I just think more people use Live than PSN. Xbox copies of games usually sell more, I think.

Do they still have the year of Gold discount going? If they do, then go with Xbox.

Edit: actually, who cares? Get whatever you want. Enough people are going to buy this game for both systems that you'll have enough people to go against online whichever way you decide.

I think it probably won't make any difference which you get it on..
Although I have a suspicion that the 360 may get some dlc before the PS3.. but then again, I'm just basing this on past history with Modern Warfare 2 =P

In my opinion, the xbox controllers are better than the PS3's for shooters, so I'd go with that.

I'll go for the PS3, but that's just because I don't own a 360. I bet they'll be pretty much the same.

XBOX Live has more serious try-hard players on it because we only get one account, which we have to pay for. But we also get a better party system and a pretty nifty online community service.

PS3 has more casual 'just for fun' players, and you probably won't come across as many 12 year olds squeaking at you about what a noob you are as you would on XBL.

I prefer the Xbox controller for FPSs so I'd go 360, unless you don't have Gold, in which case, PS3.
