Agreed. These days, all the cool kids are into donating bone marrow, at least until the ordinary lamers catch on and we have to find other body parts to give away.

Indeed it is the most common in the world, about 30% in Sweden which makes it the second most common here, but records show that it is the one that is most lacking atm. Strange how it is. ^^

I actually remember a few years back that there was a huge call-out for blood, but they would only let O people donate. It was weird.

Yeah, plasma is backwards for whatever reason, and you can make $100-$150 (USD) a month selling it. Well that is here at least. I don't know the going rate for it anywhere else.

See, the thing is, I'm fine around needles, and I'm fine around blood, but when my own blood is being sucked out of my body through a tube I get a little uncomfortable. And by a little I mean very.

I'll give blood whenever the chance arises and I have the time. I've tried to convince my missus to do the same, but she's too scared of the needles. It's not like I go out of my way to donate, but whenever they arrange a blood donation event and I'm not doing anything more important, I'll go.
