The story confused me enough with just Soul Reaver 1 & 2. Great games, but my mind probably couldn't handle another one.
Unless they brought back Vorador. He had the most ridiculously expressive ears in SR2.
Vorador did feature in Defiance. You can't have a game about the fall of the vampire race without featuring the first "new" vampire.
OT: I would have to say no to another LoK game. I've played a good bit of Blood Omen and beaten all three with Raziel, and another game added on to the series would be a mistake for a number of reasons.
1. The loss of Tony Jay, voice of the Elder God. The best attempt to replace him would still fail.
2. The fate of Raziel. The events in Defiance mean that the next sequel would be Blood Omen 3 rather than Defiance 2, and I liked the juxtaposition of the two similar, yet different characters.
3. The arbitrary power strip. You know, that bit in every game these days that explains just why the previously devastatingly bad-ass character resets to weak-sauce. It would be even more arbitrary and ridiculous than before, and considering why Kain is extra bad-ass now, that is something that shouldn't be lost.
4. All territory explored. We've traipsed all over Nosgoth in bat form, wolf form, mist form, spectral form, Nosgoth's bleak past, Nosgoth's bleak present, Nosgoth's bleak future, and even a pocket Hell dimension. We've been everywhere, eaten or drank everyone, so there wouldn't be much new in another sequel, and we wouldn't want another of our favorite franchises sequelled to death, now would we?
