Inspector Tequila Yuen

- Inspector 'Tequila' Yuen of John Woo presents Stranglehold, a video game sequel to one of the most iconic 'Heroic Bloodshed' movies of all time, Hard Boiled which is also directed by John Woo. In both the movie and the game, he is played by Chow Yun-Fat. Both John Woo and Chow Yun-Fat inspired the people of Remedy Entertainment to create a certain iconic game.

Max Payne

- A film noir styled detective, he finds his wife and daughter killed by drug addicts inside his home and proceed to rack up a kill count in the triple digits. So iconic that this tro - i mean - I don't have to explain him to much to you. The only character I know of that can dual-wield a sawn-off shotgun and a sub-machine gun. Voiced by James McCaffrey in all three games, even if his face keeps changing.

Rubi Malone

- Rubi Malone is a woman specializing in 'wet work' or assassinations and wallruning. She, to say the least, get's left for dead at some point and goes on what experts call a 'Roaring Rampage of Revenge'. Is voiced by Eliza Dushku, which means Faith is now an assassin. Also uses a sword.

Simmons: I can't feel my legs! Oh fuck I can't feel my legs! You *****! You fucking *****. You can't leave me like this!
Rubi Malone: [She stops and pulls out a lighter] You should have shut up after, "I can't feel my legs"!
[She throws the lighter igniting a trail of gasoline. The flames creep up to Simmons lying against a destroyed car. He catches fire and the vehicle blows up as Rubi calmly walks away]

I vote for the guy that can do a Ballerina-Drill-Spin to bore his way through a giant transforming robotic spider-tank that seemingly bleeds missiles in its transformation sequence and jump twice his own height into the air, go into Bullet-time and crack three headshots in a row with a sniper rifle before hitting the ground to slide his way past a large robot with drills for hands and one with a flamethrower.

You forgot to mention that he can rocket sprint on his knees, backflip-kick a giant robot and shoot him in the face with a rocket in just about 3 seconds.
