OT: I usually get embarrassed when playing certain games around people. One time my brother walked in on me playing Monster Girl Quest. During a game over scene.

I don't think he has gotten over it yet.

The only games I'd be embarrassed to buy would be the games I'm embarrassed to play, and there are plenty of those.

I have never been ashamed of what games I buy. When it comes to games I don't really care what anyone else thinks. The only time I have ever been embarrassed was when I was playing Final Fantasy X-2 and the massage scene occurred just when my brother was walking by, he couldn't see the TV and could only hear it.

Though I did feel ashamed while playing a game, Viva Pinata, I killed an innocent pinata and fed it's remains to it's children and laughed manically while I did so.

Nope. I've bought pokemon games, Catherine, and I wouldn't have any trouble with the other games listed there.
I guess I just learned to not care what other people think after a while. I don't need to justify my purchase to some cashier.

Last time I bought a game in an actual store was about five years ago. Thank God for Steam. (and the fact that I don't play consoles)

Never been embarrassed to buy a game, but to be honest I can't really remember buying a game with a soft-erotic or childish cover. I bought a couple of Wii games, but only the badass ones like Mario and Donkey Kong!

I don't think I would have a problem with it, though.
