I told a friend recently that I still regularly had daydreams and he laughed at me. He said I was too old for wasting my daylight hours in such a useless manner. I don't believe him but it made me wonder what the internet thought of this question.
When I think of internet, I think of the Escapist as a place to leave random questions so I'll ask you here and now:
[HEADING=2]Can you be too old to daydream?[/HEADING]
Please include your reasoning in your answer. If you think you can get too old to daydream, please write down an age you think people should stop daydreaming.
Personally I find daydreaming extremely fun, healthy and possibly inspiring. I've never zoned out when daydreaming and I'm not arguing against the fact that there are places and times you should not daydream.
