I can raise both of my eyebrows, like in the Jack Black and Colbert .gifs posted earlier. It's the weirdest thing, I was never able to do it and then one day I just could, for no apparent reason.

I can raise my right eyebrow and my mum can raise her left. This annoys the living hell out of my sister who can't raise an eyebrow at all and who is a very sarcastic person.

My eyebrows are godly, I can manipulate them just about however I want. Right one up, left one up, both up, evil glare, you name it.

Yes, I can. I wasn't aware that people have trouble doing this, it's second nature to me. I've been doing it since I was a child. Which was odd. But I was odd, and I guess I still am.

I can raise my left eyebrow fairly well.

And on the subject of celebrities and eyebrows, I believe no one has a more expressive left eyebrow than David Tennant:

You mean my favorite human facial expression? Yes.

I exercise those particular muscles quite a bit.

I can with both eyebrows, but I have more control over the left, whilst a larger amplitude with the right one.

I can, but for some reason I can only really raise the left eyebrow and have to furrow the right one.

I can raise my left without raising the right.

Oddly enough, I can't do it the other way around. Trying to just results in me looking like a spaz.

I can raise my left eyebrow all the way without raising my right, but I'm hopeless doing the right eyebrow.

Yes. First saw it many years ago on Jonny Quest (the 60's version, I think, but could be the 80's one), and decided to practice it for some reason, so now I can.

I didn't even know this was a think some people couldn't do or others had to practice to do.

Yes, but my left eyebrow gets a lot higher than my right one. But it's not just the eyebrow raising that counts, you need to have the right facial expression in to complement it. Years of practice have taught me this. :p

Yes, I can. To a significant degree, in fact. Though only with one of my brows, which is somewhat odd.

I remember that I used to think it was odd that no-one else I knew was able to do it.

Yes, I can move my left eyebrow up nearly to my hairline and my right eyebrow down far enough that I can clearly see it in my vision. As awesome as it is though, it's not the most attractive of facial expressions on me, so I have no pictures of it D:

Yes, pretty much on par with The Rock. Right up, left down. I'm practising the other side as well.
