I cannot beard 
I'd kinda like to, but all I get is a bunch of random hair sticking out of my chin. My moustache growth is a bit better, but still very bad. I'd had to be in the filthy- stage of moustache growing for too long before it'd start to look proper.

I can grow a beard, hell, I'm looking at mine right now in the mirror. The thing is though is it comes in very thin and I only grow one when I don't really have anywhere or anything to do for the next couple of days.
It takes about a week to grow in fully though, but I usally shave it off by then.

Not a full beard, but I do have a rather dashing chinstrap beard that I have been wearing for the last few months.
Because my facial hair grows back quite fast I mostly trim it and only shave my facial hairs for more important social gatherings.
Yes, but I always shave before it's fully grown.
I like the stubble look, but anymore than that and it has to go.
Strange thing is my beard has a habit of sneaking up on me, I wake up in the morning and it's all fine. About 2 hours later I look in the mirror again and it suddenly seems to have grown into that distinct "I've only just hit puberty and have no idea how to shave yet" look.
Hate it when it does that.

I used to afflicted with the scraggly wimpy facial hair problem.
However, I've noticed more and more that if I let it grow, it's much thicker than it used to be.
Still, it looks like utter crap on me. I'm much better looking clean-shaven, at least I think I am. Others say I should grow it out, I dunno.

My hair refuses to take part in any community activities including using gel or growing a beard..
Yes!! I can grow a pretty epic beard... if i do say so myself.
However i usually stay clean shaven(ish), that is, i shave around once a week.
I keep a beard but i look pretty rough when i do... which i don't mind personally, but my employer does.

If I wanted to I could grow a beard in about a week, not a long one, but a beard none the less.
A bit. Not a ZZ-Top style masterpiece, but if I'd want to I can work up quite a bit of fur on my face.
Would take a while though, I don't have that much facial hair (and barely any chest and back here either, gods I'm so happy about that) anyway, although I do have a 5-o'clock-shadow rather quickly.
I prefer myself shaven smooth though, and thus I shave on a daily basis. Not bothered by it either, yay for electric shavers.
