I've got a bike you can ride it if you like its got a basket, a bell that rings and things that makes it look good. I'd give it to you if I could, but I borrowed it.
To answer your question yes.

Last time I checked I could. But then again that was several years ago. But then again they say you never forget how to ride a bike. So I guess I can.

Tell us more. We feed on pain and suffering.
Yeah now I'm curious about that to.

Only major bike related injury I remember was when my and my brother deiced to see who could ride down a huge hill the fastest. This was back in a time before I had any idea what physics was so I thought I could make the sharp turn at the bottom of the hill no matter what speed I was going at. Instead my bike fell to the ground along with me.

Of course, my brother then started speeding down the hill. Only he was going so fast he could barley turn. So he went straight into a thicket of thorns.

He still hasn't forgiven me for having him do that. Well that and the golf club incident.

I forgot how to.

In all honesty, I haven't had one for a few years, but I'd assume I'd still be able to.

I used to be able to but I somehow forgot. I guess I should give it another try at some point, people tell me that it's just like riding a bicycle and you never forget how to.

No. Lack of balance makes it too hard to ride one. Really pissed off when I found out I couldn't become a ninja either.

I find that an alarmin number of people can't ride bikes, which is strange, considering how bloody simple it is.
Anything seems simple once you can do it. But if you grow up and get to say, 19, and have never learnt then it gets embarassing, and while it probably would be simple, you have to get over the fact that people may be dumb enough to take the piss cos they think it's easy.

In case you're wondering, no I can't ride a bike.

After reading the responses I've realised I completely assumed you were talking about bicycles. Bicycles: Yes. Motorcycles: No.

I personally don't know any who can't (but how often do you ask that question?), but it's never too late to start.

Find an open, flat and smooth area (like a field) with nothing to knock in to. Push down on one pedal and keep the speed up and the hands steady.

No, I can't ride a bike. But I can ride a horse, and they're better anyway.
You can't win the Tour De France on a horse.. but it will probably taste really good about half way through.

Yes ive been able to bike since before i learned to run without falling

I most certainly can. I wouldn't be Dutch if I couldn't! I can even ride one without using my hands. I like mountain biking too, charging downhill at reckless speed is just delightful!
