Socio-capitalism! Which is what most of the world technically uses. Pure cap and pure com are just so fundamentally flawed that they would kill a country in a decade. You gotta have more capitalism, but some socialist and capitalist ideals.

For my bit you have to have a little of both, like Chinese food. Pure capitalism is as fatally flawed as pure communism.
I've got to agree with this one. Because if you are staring yourself blind on all the good things both could have, you'll forget that there always be people who aren't happy with the downside of it. Wouldn't take China as a good exaple of this fusion, but it's effective in it's way. Best of both worlds would be great to see, don't know if we ever get there.

Communism is a great government in theory, but human nature tends to bugger it all up.
Capitalism is a great government in theory, but human nature tends to bugger it all up.
correct me If i'm wrong but isn't Capitalism about defecting and Communism/Socialism is about co-operation?

Capitalism is less about power and wealth and more about the freedom one can have once they acquire power and wealth. A person can work hard and gain a lot of power and money in a Socialist system, but have it restricted and taken away from them to share with the people by the government. Whereas, capitalism allows you to keep the rewards of your own labor.

However, the reason why Capitalism and Socialism are the two highest voted systems in this poll is because it's being decided by two groups of people who have very different opinions as to what freedom is. To the capitalist, freedom is the right to succeed, but it also is the right to fail. It's the outlook that an individual must be self-supporting in order to pursue his or her own goal. To a Socialist, freedom is the right to pursue one's goal regardless of the cost. That everyone is equal and therefore should all have an equal share of success and failure.

To put both concepts to an example, let's imagine that Pete (name chosen randomly for the sake of argument) wishes to pursue his dream to be a musician. In a capitalist world, this is fine. Pete can do as much music as he wants with any result that he wants, it's his choice. However, Pete is also human and must find a way to pay the rent. Therefore, Pete has two options, find a better source of income or find a way to profit off his playing. In a socialist system, Pete is provided for by the state, so Pete can pursue his dream of being a musician without needing to worry about money. However, a socialist culture is a collectivist culture, therefore in order to contribute back to the state that is providing for him, Pete must follow guidelines and requirements set down by the state in order to continue to receive funding.

Hmmm, if communism is defined as Stalinist then why not capitalism defined as reaganism . I understand that with a poll you have limited space but speaking as a orwellian-trotskyist i don't have a vote here.

God Tier: Keynesian Economics
High Tier: Capitalism
Mid Tier: Socialism
Low Tier: Communism
Shit Tier: Anarchy

Too bad the left and right wings of the US are too fucktarded to figure out that if they'd just get their heads out of their asses and work together, we could very easily switch to Keynesian style economics here in the US and fix a LOT of problems in a hurry.

I think he has it ladies and gentlemen! Now let's look at the scores! A good balance 1, Completely one sided 0!

But in all seriousness you do have to strike a balance somewhere.

Communism is just an extreme form of Socialism which renders this discussion moot.
No it isn't. Socialism is the attempt at reahing a communist state, something which have never happened in human history.

As for the poll: I'll go with anarchy.

total free market capitalism is essentially anarchism
I would say socialism or communism
free market capitalism has too many flaws- that is why we have a government

problem with capitalism- if your parents are rich they can buy you and education
if they are poor then you go to a public school which might be shit
if you are in a rich family then you always have something to fall back on
if you are poor- fat chance
if you are rich you can pretty much buy freedom if you do something wrong
if your family is rich then it will stay rich unless something fucks that up
if your family is poor you need to work your ass of because you don't get no special treatment

Anarchy is rather all about humans being buggered up.
Anarchy is actually a political view that states that we as humans don't need laws and order.Because of human morals. And with these morals,we should be able to control ourselves and not make life hard for other men and women. But we should respect them enough to let them live their lives in peace.

We need fascism or some form of dictatorship for a couple of years to, you know, flush out the system. A clean start where we can get rid of the corruption and filth prevalent in Britain and the U.S.A. Hell, we were close to a fresh start in the 60's. The time is coming.

Ah, well, that looks like impossible to me...... because everyone grows up and has diffrent morals. I can only see this possible when there are very few people within the world....
Like I said.Good idea of a non-government.But humans are the problem.
