Automatic. They're very convenient.

They can be problematic, though. I remember a friend of mine had the rear drivers-side window fail on his car; it would roll down, but wouldn't come back up. To replace the motor would have cost over a hundred dollars.

I have manual roll-downs. I wish I had automatics, because leaning way the hell over and reaching across the passenger seat to close the other window because you just noticed that the last person who sat in that seat didn't roll it up all the way and now the wind is making a shrieky whistling noise as it blows through the gap while you're driving on the highway at 65 miles an hour is a surefire recipe for disaster.

Mine are automatic, which is fine by me; less work and they've yet to give me much trouble.

I can't imagine why you'd want this information, though. But then again, I suppose there are a lot of threads whose relevance is questionable.

Automatic, but hardly ever works. Some days itll work all day, other days it will just stop and not move the entire drive.

Except opening your door against the water pressure is quite difficult, dont you watch mythbusters?

I have roll-downs, because I'm a student. I can't actually decide which I prefer, they both have benefits.

Neither, I just smash mine open with a crowbar and buy a new car every time it's hot out.

My car has an automatic one and I have not seen a manual crank version one in years like 10-15.

I wounder what was the last car that was mass produced that had manual.

Does your vehicle have Automatic windows, or traditional roll down windows?
Well, my own Citroen Saxo has roll downs, but my parents Murano is electric.

Apparently it's extremely hard to open a door while the car is being submerged. He kind of has a point... =P

Motorbike. So... no windows.
However, I am getting a car soon, and the one I'm getting has automatic windows.

I'm fairly sure there are still cars that, when you buy them, you have to pay extra to tack on the automatic windows. Versa, Aveo, and Accent are some I think.
