Depends which one gets in the next Nolan film.
(I personally think Catwoman will be (one of) the villain(s) due to a couple of off-hand comments. But in general Hollywood's "one generic female per film" role means one of the female villains will turn up, and the loss of Batman's love interest leaves that slot open)

Generally I'd say I wouldn't trust any of them. Ivy has the power to summon tentacle rape plants, Harley Quinn loves the Joker and has any number of potential hazards up her sleeve, and Catwoman has a FREAKING WHIP.

Poison Ivy is by far the sexiest.

the whole "death by touch" thing impedes any "sexy" because my self-preservation reminds me that the sexiest ones are the girls who you can fool around with more than once. hell you die instantly when you fool around with ivy... so i'll go with Harley just on the knowledge that i could get SOMEWHERE before the painful death began.
