I don't have a favourite song. I'm not sure I even particularily dislike any musicians. I am seriously the most boringly neutral person ever.
I'd go for it just to see what happens next.

I do nothing. Plus, if I wanted to hear the song sung by the original singer -and only them- I'd buy the CD, or go to a concert. I don't want to have them ruined by a sub-par "singer".

Sure. I can handle Russell Crowe raping a song.

But it's difficult to decide a "favorite" song. I'd go more with the artist in mind.

OT: Actually, probably the same. I have too many songs I like to call a favourite, and I don't really dislike someone in particular enough for them to get the honour.

Oh wait, there's Brokencyde.

Yeah, I'll stick with nothing...

I think I'd risk having the sound of Weird Al singing I Am Kloot's song Titanic stuck in my brain forever.

Because I Am Kloot is just worth it. Some of the lyrics are the best poetry I've ever heard. The imagery is lovely - not to mention the fact that the music is amazing and NORTHERN ENGLISH ACCENTS ASDFJKL. *melts*

Ok.. first of all, I've had this done, almost..
My Favorite Singer is a somewhat known artist in Denmark, who has sung his new single to me before, and I have also heard his alter ego sing it on stage a couple of days later, yea he's a guy who happens to use an artist name, which I hate.. and he knows it, so I don't troll him about it :)
So.. yea, Rasmus Frank Bak's "Sodium", and later "Salmon Going Upstream" performing "Sodium"
Try finding it on Myspace.. a second grade recording, but still... He Recently received his Masters in Music.

Justin Beiber screamo....that would be something to behold.
isn't that what he normally does? scream into the microphone so as to shatter the listener's eardrums? no? HOLY FUCK, IMAGINE IF HE TRIED.

I'd prefer to do nothing. I'm one of those odd people who have never been to a concert, and wouldn't go if I were paid anyway. As much as I love music, I find large groups of people simply obnoxious, and generally speaking, performers themselves are quiet obnoxious as well.

However, I would make an exception for the men of Billy Talent or Jack Johnson, but I would rather only talk to them and not have them perform a song.

Anything by Pendulum. I'm not sure who my least-favorite singer/band is, but I don't think they can fuck it up that bad.

Sure, I'll go for it.
Getting people I hate singing songs I love in front of me just gives me a chance to crush their spirit and maybe give them a slap.

But I can't go with a favourite song, and I can't think of a most hated singer.

I really wouldn't want to have any song "sung to me" by anyone. I would feel awkward having someone sing to me. So really, the do nothing option is right up my alley.

EDIT: The ninja got it in one.

I'd honestly get pretty embarrassed by having anyone sing directly at me regardless of if they were my favorite or least favorite person ever.

I would love to have Ten Foot Cock and a Few Hundred Virgins (by Tim Minchin) sung to me by the Glee crew after Tim was done. So uh... This isn't a challenge.

I would get video of this event and post it on YouTube. The soccer moms would cry for punishment, but boohoo.

Aside from the Glee kids, I can't honestly think of a most hated singer/person. Just don't like 'em.

[sub]If you could take listening to this being sung to you by Tim Minchin, then by an assortment of not-quite-teenagers that are... well, the Glee crew, then you could handle any other situation without awkwardness seeping in. Pretty sure, anyway.[/sub]

It would feel awkward having it just sung to you by yourself. As a side note Its fucking metal people, I hate seeing or hearing the term screamo.

Hear Maynard James Keenan sing Vicarious for me, but be forced to listen to Bieber murder it?
It would be worth it to finally see Tool live.
Excellent choice in singer and song! Don't worry, when Bieber tries his hand at it afterwards you can just laugh in his face until he gives up.

Bohemian Rhapsody sung by Freddie Mercury???

Deal!!!

But right after it would be sung by that State farm spokesman who I hate with the burning passion of a Nuclear war:

I think I could deal with him without me ending up in prison for attempted murder...
