Whenever I feel like it really. When it has outlived its stay, I'm going to switch to another Beastie Boys avatar. It's going to take you to intergalactic places.
Beastie boys is always relevant!

Now that you've explained it, I think I'll be able to better tell the difference between the various styles of pony avatars from here on out. It'll take some time, though.

"Frilly frou-frou stuff"? I don't think I could have said it better myself.
You just changed your avatar, didn't you! And pop into the MLP usergroup, we could help indoctrinate educate you.

Haha indeed, indeed. And with the new avatar size, I can make them longer and bigger :D!

I was inspired by this thread, change is good. However, I doubt I'll be going with a MLP avatar anytime soon.

I'll peruse your group from a safe distance, scout it out to see what it's all about without getting caught up in it.

I change it whenever I find a gif/image I can butcher for it.

I am on a bit of a Rooster Teeth/Achievement Hunter thing right now though and thankfully there are tons of gifs/funny pictures of them kicking about. :D

Well, you're welcome at any time. We actually have a few chat regulars that aren't really into MLP, as we hardly even talk about it. Oh, and I like your new avatar.

Why is there no never button? I am the leader [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/view/Immutable-Individuals] of a very exclusive club after all.

[sub][sub]By god, I have too many groups relevant to Escapist threads. <.>[/sub][/sub]

Thanks, we'll see how long it takes before I get sick of it.

I checked out your group's chat, not bad at all. It seems to encourage the whole "friendship is magic" principle, without involving too many ponies. I can live with that.

Did you not see the Opossum choice? That is obviously code-word for "never". >_>

Yeah. We mainly talk about other stuff, but it's sort of a safe haven for poni. Pretty active chat as well, say hello anytime you want.

Haven't changed mine for a couple of years now and I see no reason to. I'm sure no-one notices 'that guy with the Boris Johnson/dude with funny hair as his avatar' but it's nice to have a standard and never-changing image that represents me.

I don't think I'll change mine anytime soon. Crush just seems too awesome to replace.

I think I've had this avatar since I started posting here a couple years ago. It's a snapshot I took in Super Smash Bros. Brawl back when I did a bit of texture editing. Sometimes I'm a bit sick of it, but I don't want to change it because it's my picture, y'know? I'm pretty much the only person on the internet who has it.

Sometimes I wonder if anyone actually recognizes it when they see it. Not that it particularly matters to me, but it's an interesting though.

I've only changed mine once, and am kinda tempted to change it again, but then no one will remember me.

I'm not sadistic enough for people to notice that all my avatars are characters with evil grins.

Eh, it's now my thing on escapist. If I change I'll lose my face here sorta. I changed it before but this one is just fun. Maybe I'll get a bigger one when I join pub club

In my 4 years here I've only changed my avatar once. I feel that my current avatar reflects myself too perfectly to change.
