What is that supposed to mean? And I agree that the NHS is good, I have not got injured yet but if I did I know it would not cost my family their life earnings to save me, because I live in the UK. What do you mean "religion?"

Its a well repeated statement. Im surprised youv'e not read it in the paper. We are a secular society, not much is sacred. However if you say something critical in the news about the NHS you are ripped to shreds. You'll hear all about the selfless nurses again.
